It appears innocent, teen idol, Miley Cyrus has fell victim to the recent wardrobe malfunction crisis. Lucky for her it was during a video shoot, and not the Super Bowl. Realistically, you can't even call it a wardrobe malfunction - the dress didn't do anything wrong - the designer did; it was too low cut. Anyone's bosom would've popped out of it.
